Returns & Refunds
If you are unsatisfied with your product and have made every attempt to allow Buffalo Orthotics to modify, change or correct the orthotic, you may return it to us for a refund within 90 days (starting from the date the product is delivered to the address provided). If 3 months have passed since you received your custom orthotics, we will not be able to offer you a refund.
