How To Order Custom Orthotics

The first step to living without foot pain.
 

  1. Order
    You can order your custom orthotics directly from the website by clicking here. Once your order is complete, we will ship a casting box to your home or you can visit our office to be casted in person.
     

  2. Foam Foot Impression
    To create your custom orthotic we will need to get an impression of your feet. There are two ways to make a great impression:

    In Person
    Give us a call and stop by our office at 4535 Southwestern Blvd- Suite 805. You can do your foot impressions with us in the office. SCHEDULE APPOINTMENT NOW.

    By Mail
    Or, you can do the impressions from the comfort of your home – after you complete your online order we’ll ship your casting box directly to your home.
     

   3. Receive Your Custom Orthotics
       After sending in your scans, you’ll receive your orthotics within 30 days. Start the “live foot pain-free”         countdown today. Don’t forget to follow the “breaking in your orthotics” tips that you'll receive with           your custom orthotics.

Ready to make a great impression? 

 Watch video and follow these simple steps:
 

  • Open the package and remove the impression box

  • Find a hard, flat, floor surface and place the box on it

  • Open one side of the box to reveal the foam inside

  • Hold onto a sturdy surface for support

  • Start by pressing your heel down into the bottom of the foam

  • Slowly press the rest of your foot into the foam

  • With your arms outstretched, slowly and gently rotate from the hips up left to right

  • Lift your foot straight up with a gentle motion

  • Repeat the process with your other foot
