However, most insurance companies do not cover custom-made orthotics. That's why we don't currently work with any insurance companies. We accept FHA/HSA cards. They work just like a debit card and we are able to process them online or in the office.
In some cases, your custom-made orthotics will provide instant relief. Sometimes your foot has to get used to wearing the new orthotic. Your feet and arch are delicate and placing them in a different position may feel awkward. We suggest wearing your custom orthotics for 1/2 an hour on day one and increasing the time frame by a half-hour each day for two weeks. This will give your feet time to adjust to the new device.
Yes, simply provide the prescription from your doctor and when you go through the order process you’ll be able to share that information.

After your casting you should receive your custom orthotics within 4 weeks barring a national pandemic, or weather-related disasters.
